SERVICES

 

• Case Management to individualize each resident’s needs

• Training and/or assistance in Activities of Daily Living Skills

• Community living skills, including shopping , financial management and transportation

• Family involvement when applicable

• Community based therapies

• Education in local public schools or alternative school if IEP mandated

• Community outings, including recreational activities, physical fitness, library, outings to the

       park, museums, movies and plays

• Vocational and Rehabilitative Services through community resources
